Plan and execute a deliberate trip to observe a significant severe weather event in progress. This isn't about stumbling across bad weather - you need to use forecasting tools to identify an incoming event, travel to witness it, and document the experience as a storm chaser would.

Completion Criteria
You must show that you predicted, pursued, and documented a qualifying severe weather event. A qualifying event is something genuinely significant — think supercells, tornadoes, hurricane landfall, a haboob, or severe flooding actively in progress. The forecast, the journey, and the footage should all tell a coherent story that you went out to find this, not that it found you.
